CATS is an annual survey that provides objective and essential data on the needs, preferences and attitudes of business air travellers worldwide. IATA has been researching business traveller’s opinions since 1989 which brings a wealth of trend data to the CATS report. For the 2009 edition over 9,000 air travellers were interviewed.
