The BevelTouch screen is new type of surface acoustic wave technology (patented) which uses beveled corners on the glass touchscreen to lower the height profile of the transducers. The result is a significantly thinner touchscreen that allows slimmer bezel design and also reduces danger of transducer breakage during the integration process.
The SafeTouch type of touchscreen uses tempered glass,which provides excellent impact performance and strength several times that of ordinary glass.Even if a touchscreen is broken, the fragments are safe with no sharp edges.
This type of touchscreen should be used in public environments where vandalism is a concern or in unsupervised or industrial environments. For example:
With tempered, 6mm thickness glass, these touchscreens can withstand the impact of a 1000g steel ball, dropped from a height of 1 meter, in accordance with Trial Standard Number GB/T9963-1998.
The VisiTouch features Surface Acoustic Wave technology, pure glass touchscreens which offer superior image clarity, high resolution and no color shift. It has a durable, scratch-resistant glass surface which continues to work if scratched and an optional antiglare surface treatment is available.
It offers drift-free stability which is unaffected by time or electromagnetic interference, automatic correction for contaminants on the screen, as well as high touchpoint density with over 10,000 touchpoints per square inch. LCD and CRT (Flat, Spherical and Cylindrical) touchscreens are available to fit all types of displays.
The GeneralTouch Infrared Touch screen features high stability so that any changes of time or environment will not cause any drift. The touch screen resists any interference from current, voltage or static and is suitable for use in particularly harsh or rugged environments.
The touch screen has no intermediate touch overlay, enabling light transmittance to reach as high as 100%. It is extremely durable, scratch resistant and with a touch point density as high as 4096 x 4096, offering a long service life.
No touch pressure is required; no special material is required for touch activation; any material, whether soft or hard, whether conductor or nonconductor can be used as an activating stylus.

The Dustproof Touchscreens are specially designed to make SAW touchscreen integration easier and to completely prevent dust from accumulating in areas that can affect SAW touchscreen performance.
Minibezel Protects Transducers:
The transducers are completely hidden and protected inside the dustproof metal frame eliminating risk of damage during integration. Minibezel provides a flat and consistent mechanical profile: The metal minibezel provides a flat sealed surface that is consistent over long periods of time,reducing the costs for design and sealing.
Longer Life and Lower Maintenance: The reflectors of the touchpanel are sealed inside the metal frame to keep dust out and reduce the frequency and cost of maintenance required to remove dust from the reflectors.
Easy and Quick Installation: Use simple screw-in brackets to install the touchscreen, or attach to the display with double-sided adhesive gaskets. With the KioskTouch version, installation is even easier with screw holes already integrated into the minibezel.
Tested: All GeneralTouch dustproof touchscreens have been tested to meet relevant approved standards including ball-drop, dustproofing, vibration, UL, FCC and CE.
Dustproof Minibezels Combine with SafeTouch of Screens: Dustproof minibezels with SafeTouchof screens (6mm tempered glass) are available. The product sizes range from 8.4" to 18.1" (LCD and flat CRT) touchscreens.
