Q1 is the name of the new Custom printer for large-volume retail applications. Its elegant, minimalist design conceived to blend in harmoniously in any kind of surroundings might be deceiving.
Q1’s excellence is not, however, limited to its attractive exterior but extends to its technological interior! X KUBE is a POS printer with enhanced quality and long life head and features a very high printing speed of 250mm/second. Paper loading is fast and easy, thanks to the innovative system patented by CUSTOM. A high capacity 90mm diameter paper roll allows for increased printing productivity.

BIG is the smallest and most innovative cash register of all! But, it is "BIG” since it uses a PC processor with ARM technology which enables it not only to guarantee extremely high performance, but even more importance, alllows it to also be up to date with new telematic transmission and operating specifications.
BIG is accompanied by a wide range of programming tools which, thanks to the USB port, make the product extremely quick and easy to configure. It is compatible with all of the latest generation PCs, thanks to the USB standard which makes it “visible” like a simple pen-drive. This innovative cash register has an internal archive (database) created with the SQL standard; this technology permits rapid access to the archive with virtually unlimited record-reference numbers (e.g. the machine manages 50,000 barcoded PLUs as standard).

The KUBE TOUCH embodies the evolution of the traditional cash register where the touch screen system (KUBE T) is combined with the fiscal printer (KUBE F), to provide a more high-performance and practical solution for the retail market. The KUBE T is the first touch screen terminal specifically designed and manufactured by CUSTOM to meet the needs of those working in POS and ticketing applications. The LCD 10.4” colour touch-resistive monitor is tiltable (resolution 800 x 600).
The KUBE T is equipped with an LCD, backlight 20 x 2 character wide vision angle customer display and can drive an additional alphanumeric display.
It is also provided with a chip card reader/writer for the purpose of building customer fidelization.

The new MiniPlayer is a compact system for managing multimedia contents. Each MiniPlayer can control up to 2 monitors and has provision for connection to the Ethernet and for connecting n MiniPlayers in series.
The new MMBoxes are multimedia systems that are able to directly control 3 to 7 monitors, with a resolution of 1024x768, for displayng videos in different formats, web pages and images:
