TouchMonitor Series!

GeneralTouch are happy to announce that since the release of their Rear Mount TouchMonitor series (including RTL153, RTL173, RTL193, RTL194 and RTL19W) in August, 2007. They have gained an excellent reputation with users for their functionality and reliability in a wide range of applications and environments. The GeneralTouch monitors were exhibited in Las Vegas during November 13-15, 2007 at the G2E Gaming Expo to much public acclaim and interest from customers worldwide who attended the show.

Features:
No. 1 Waterproof, Dustproof design applied for extreme environments Along with features such as a top quality display and high light transmission, GeneralTouch also embed their unique WaterPro and Dustpro patented sealing technology into the Rear Mount TouchMonitors. This allows the monitors to perfectly meet the IEC IP64 criteria, completely avoiding issues arising from internal contamination by dust and splashed or hosed water.

Applications: unsupervised locations, outdoor kiosk terminals, public stations or industrial automation.

No. 2 Feature: High quality, compact design
GeneralTouch has worked hard to archive the smallest foot print it could for the TouchMonitor without compromising the high quality of its design. Being more compact than most other displays on the market and with several mounting options, the GeneralTouch Rear Mount TouchMonitors are extremely simple for customers to install, even in the smallest spaces. The GeneralTouch Rear Mount TouchMonitors are equipped with a top quality, wide viewing angle LCD panel. Its quality design exactly meets the requirements demanded by high-end users and gaming customers.

No. 3 Feature: Sealed TouchMonitors with high reliability
GeneralTouch considers reliability as the most important parameter of their Rear Mount TouchMonitor range. Excellent protection of the SAW touchscreen is provided by the smart design of the plastic and metal bezel structure that completely protects against damages during transportation or installation to cabinet. In operation, its excellent design also gives comprehensive protection to the glass and transducers so as to increase product reliability.

No. 4 Feature: intelligent centering lip
GeneralTouch’s design of the Rear Mount TouchMonitor fully considered the convenience and accuracy needed during integration to cabinet, so it has been designed with a special “centering lip”. To get an accurate installation, customers simply position the “centering lip” into the cabinet.
